A new way of marking control descriptions
on the map is tested in this competition. In classes H20A, H21A, H50-75 and D16,
D21A, D35, D45, D50 and D60 the control code is printed next to the control
oriented with the previous leg. In
addition, the control description is a magnified image of the actual terrain. For
example, the description of a cliff is printed on the map aligned with the
cliff. If you look at the picture below, you can see that control 96 is between
two cliffs where the purple dot shows the exact location of the control. The
control 71 is on the north-east side of the south-eastern boulder.

In classes H21A1 and D21A1 the number of
the control is also printed next to the control code. Control descriptions are
also printed on the map in the standard way. There will be a questionnaire of
this pilot and we hope everyone gives feedback. In classes not mentioned before,
control descriptions will be printed in the standard way.
